I’ve lived in the Niche apartment complex’s for going on 3 months and they are very well maintained and kept up . The immunities are wonderful and very kept up clean . Mrs Alexis H from front office is very professional and answers your every concern and email in a timely manner . Maintenance man is also very sweet and professional and gets the problem fixing in a time manner . Overall the niche apartments are very well kept up and very quiet with the best sensory by the pool . Great job to the niches crew .

Staff at this complex is responsive to Tennant needs. They address residents by name. The complex features different activities for residents that include such things as food trucks, holiday events and contests. Any service requests I have had are handled the same day. The location provides easy access to 410 which makes work commute quick and easy. I feel I get value for the monthly rent payments processed.

I’ve had a great experience at The Niche Apartments! The community is welcoming, well-located, and the apartments are comfortable and spacious. The management—Abby, the property manager, is AMAZING. She is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about her residents. Abby is always responsive, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure any concerns are handled quickly and properly. Maintenance has also been efficient and helpful. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would absolutely recommend The Niche Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home!

The Niche Apartments is a wonderful place to live — very peaceful with lots of trees and beautiful walking areas. It’s extremely pet-friendly with convenient pet cleaning stations throughout the community. Abigail Hernandez, the manager, is amazing — she’s friendly, professional, and always quick to help. You can really tell she cares about the residents. Highly recommend this community!

There are so many trees and plenty of shade, which makes the whole property feel calm, cool, and relaxing. It doesn’t feel crowded or dull — it feels like a peaceful place you actually want to come home to. Overall, this is a clean, safe, and welcoming community with great management and a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to live.

I moved here a year ago from another complex. It was a great decision! Marlene, Francisco & Abby have been awesome! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment that is very nice & also reasonably priced. Marlene has very quicky addressed any issues or questions I might have had. Franciso is great! ANY maintenance issues have been addressed quickly & completely. There's lots of choices where to move. I will guarantee moving here is a very good decision.
